Kayla + Nolan's wedding - Wellesley Country Club
A Sunset Wedding at Wellesley Country Club
There are some wedding days that feel beautifully effortless from beginning to end filled with joy, movement, and the kind of emotion you don’t have to stage. Kayla & Nolan’s wedding at Wellesley Country Club was exactly that.
The day began at Kayla’s parents’ home with a soft sense of anticipation in the air. Kayla stepped into her gown in a natural light filled room that felt warm, gentle, and almost dreamlike. Surrounded by the people who know her best, she was glowing long before she walked down the aisle.
From there, we made our way to Wellesley Country Club for a quiet and incredibly heartfelt first look. The two exchanged private vows — just the two of them — away from the crowd and the schedule. It was one of those moments filled with equal parts tears and laughter, the kind that reminds you what the entire day is truly about.
Afterward, the bridal party joined us on the grounds for portraits — the classic New England greens and soft afternoon light making the perfect backdrop.
A Sunset Ceremony on the Terrace
Their ceremony took place outdoors on the Sunset Terrace, and the timing could not have been more perfect. With the golden sun low in the sky and their closest people gathered around, Kayla & Nolan said their vows and walked back up the aisle to cheers, applause, and the brightest smiles from everyone there.
The image of Nolan dipping Kayla into a kiss as the crowd clapped around them — sunlight glowing behind — felt like something out of a movie.
A Ballroom Reception Full of Energy & Celebration
The celebration continued in the ballroom, where a live band set the tone for an unforgettable evening. Kayla & Nolan’s first dance was a moment everyone will remember — full of motion, elegance, and a joy that took over the entire room. You could feel the guests’ excitement as the couple moved together, smiling like they were the only two in the room.
It was a night filled with warmth, connection, and a love that was easy to photograph because it was easy to see.
